Paying by Check: After a registrant has registered online, a printed copy of the online order confirmation must be mailed along with payment within 10 business days of registration. Paying by Purchase Order: If our online confirmation is not sufficient documentation to submit to your accounting department, please email convention@naaweb.org to have an invoice sent to you. Please attach your confirmation email to your inquiry so we can return your invoice in a timely manner. The confirmation DOES serve as your invoice. If you still need to contact us, please allow 24 hours for processing.

Cancellation Policy

To be considered for a refund, requests must be submitted in writing via email to convention@naaweb.org on or before December 22, 2017. Refund requests received prior to December 22, 2017 will receive a full refund minus a $55 processing fee. Refund requests will not be accepted after December 22, 2017. Not all requests will be granted. Substitutions for attendees are accepted at any time.
