Technology and Fitness in Afterschool

Get excited about moving!

Technology comes with a price tag many afterschool programs cannot afford—and if they can afford it, the idea of a child "running with" technology is perhaps nerve-wracking. Technology is the here and now, however, and when we can use it to boost physical fitness, sometimes we have to step outside of our comfort zones and try.

Regular physical activity is good for everyone's health, and people of all ages and body types can be physically active.

National Physical Fitness and Sports Month is a great time to spread the word about the benefits of getting active.

Trainer to the First Family will deliver the keynote speech at NAA's annual convention.
