How do I find out my login ID and password?

  • You will receive your credentials from NAA Admin or sqldba@icohere.com (if you didn't please check your spam folder)
  • Login IDs are typically the email addresses you used during registration.

Why haven't I received this yet?
You will be receiving an automated email with your login information a few days prior to the event. Communications for this event will be sent from NAA Admin or sqldba@icohere.com. Please configure your junk mail or spam protection to permit delivery of your login credentials and other messages from this address.

Are there scholarships to help with financial support of VC?
No, but several of the NAA State Affiliates and other organizations are sponsoring the convention for their states and may be able to help. Check the sponsor listing to see if there's a sponsor in your state and then contact them for more information.

What if I want to pay for VC by Purchase Order?
Click here to download a paper registration form to be sent in with your Purchase Order. If you have any additional questions, please contact our membership coordinator, Megan Ross, at megan@serendipity-media.com and she will be able to help you with the registration process.

Where do I log-on to the VC?
To login, please follow this link: http://login.icohere.com.

Once I am logged in for VC, where do I go to attend the workshops?
Once logged in, there will be a menu of interactivity options on the left hand side of your screen. All workshops are in the option labeled "Convention Hall"

If I am having trouble logging into Virtual Convention or have other technical issues who do I contact?
If you are experiencing technical issues, please email support@icohere.com.

How many training hours are offered at Virtual Convention?
There are 8 training hours offered.

Is VC approved for clock hours and/or CEU's?
No, but at training certificate offered for those who attend all workshops and complete the convention evaluation.

How do I get my training certificate?
At the end of the convention you will be emailed a link to an evaluation. Once you've completed the evaluation a certificate will be emailed to you.

Do I have to attend all workshops in order to obtain my training certificate at the end of Virtual Convention?
Yes. They are all pre-recorded and available for the duration of the convention making it more convenient for you to make time for all workshops

Social and Emotional Learning

During the summer of 2015, The National Afterschool Association (NAA) conducted an online survey to learn more about program practices and practitioners' understanding, implementation and needs around social and emotional learning. In partnership with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), NAA analyzed the results of the survey and developed three calls to action for field leaders, funders, policymakers and other to better support the development of SEL competencies.
