As an added security measure, all National AfterSchool Association members need to reset their membership account passwords the first time they access their account in our new system (effective July 2023).

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Enter your username (typically the email address where you receive communications from NAA) below and click "Reset Password."
   
2. Upon submitting a valid username, an email with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address associated with your membership account. Note: If you don’t receive the email, check your SPAM filter, as this "Reset Password" email may be caught as potential spam.
3. Use the link in the email to reset your password within 24 hours before the link expires.
