For three decades, the NAA Convention has focused on improving the quality of afterschool programs for youth across the nation.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of your product or service to your target audience, generate leads, and increase your brand awareness. Whether attendees are new to the field, seasoned professionals, or allied industries they are all eager to learn more about the valuable professional resources available to them by partnering with NAA and the convention.
Non-profit: (1) 10’x10’, $9.50 sq ft = $1,100
For-profit: (1) 10’x10’, $15.50 sq ft = $1,850

Exhibit Booth Package Includes:
(2) complimentary exhibit booth personnel registrations, (1) 6’ skirted table, (2) chairs, and (1) waste bin.
The following rates would apply over the (2) complementary personnel: $210 non-profit and $270 for profit. The exhibit hall is already carpeted, and electrical and internet are additional charges. All furniture and other service orders (including lead generation) can be found in the exhibit service kit which will be sent in late fall 2018.

How exhibitors can submit a proposal for a workshop
We have a select number of sessions set aside for exhibitors, and we encourage exhibitors to consider submitting a proposal for a session at NAA19. Exhibitor sessions are reviewed through a competitive process that we take seriously, based on the quality of your presentation proposal. Once you register as an exhibitor, you will receive the link to upload your workshop proposal information.
If you will be demonstrating or sharing products or services for purchase by participants, you will need to purchase exhibit space in the Learning Expo in order to have your proposal considered.
If you will be sharing free products or services, we encourage you to purchase exhibit space in the Learning Expo to reach the breadth of Convention participants. Either way, your proposal will be considered as part of the competitive review process and there is a chance you may be asked to purchase an exhibit space in order for your proposal to be accepted.
Our exhibitors have great experiences at NAA: our exhibitor sessions are often among our most popular and highly rated sessions, and our Learning Expo offers an excellent opportunity to model and highlight hands-on products for even more attendees.

No refunds will be made if cancellation is received after November 1, 2018. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Any refunds requested before December 1, 2018 will receive a full refund minus a $500 cancellation fee for processing. All cancellations/refunds requested must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Photographs And Taping
By registering for the 2019 National AfterSchool Association (NAA) Convention, please be aware that NAA intends to photograph, audio record, and/or visually record some of our sessions and other activities. NAA may make use of such photographs and recording for purposes including creating, distributing, and transmitting copies of them, and/or promotional or advertising uses, without restriction of media. If you do not wish to be photographed, audio recorded, and/or audio visually recorded, please feel free to excuse yourself from any potential photographs and recordings during the NAA Convention.
All registrants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian to sign the registration form on his/her behalf before the registration form can be processed. Also, by registering for the 2019 NAA Convention you release NAA, sponsors, and service providers from any and all liabilities incurred before, during, and after your participation at the convention.
