Paying by Check: After a registrant has registered online, a printed copy of the online order confirmation must be mailed along with payment within 10 business days of registration. In the notes section of the check, please include the name of the registered attendee(s) and the name of the organization. Make checks payable to National AfterSchool Association and mail to:

Purchase Order
Paying by Purchase Order: If our online confirmation is not sufficient documentation to submit to your accounting department, please email convention@naaweb.org to have an invoice sent to you. Please attach your confirmation email to your inquiry so we can return your invoice in a timely manner. The confirmation DOES serve as your invoice. If you still need to contact us, please allow 24 hours for processing.
