How to Register
- Online: For online registration, please choose an option above.

If paying by check: Payment must be received by National AfterSchool Association within (10) ten business days of your registration submission. Registration is not complete until payment is received in full. Registrants must register online before sending check. Please print a copy of your online order confirmation and mail it along with a check payable to National AfterSchool Association to:

Paying by Purchase Order: When registering online participants may choose PO has a payment type when registering for the convention. If our online confirmation is not sufficient documentation to submit to your accounting department, please email email@example.com to have an invoice sent to you. Please attach your confirmation email to your inquiry so we can return you invoice in a timely manner.
Request for W-9: To receive a copy of National AfterSchool Association's W-9 form for accounting purposes, please click here.
Cancellation and Name Substitution Policy: To be considered for a refund, requests must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before December 22, 2016. Refund requests received prior to December 22, 2016 will receive a full refund minus a $55 processing fee. Refund requests will not be accepted after December 22, 2016. Not all requests will be granted. Substitutions for attendees are accepted at any time.
Photo/Recordings: By registering for the 2017 National AfterSchool Association (NAA) Convention, please be aware that NAA intends to photograph, audio record, and/or visually record some of our sessions and other activities. NAA may make use of such photographs and recording for purposes including creating, distributing, and transmitting copies of them, and/or promotional or advertising uses, without restriction of media. If you do not wish to be photographed, audio recorded, and/or audio visually recorded, please feel free to excuse yourself from any potential photographs and recordings during the NAA Convention.
All registrants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian to sign the registration form on his/her behalf before the registration form can be processed. Also, by registering for NAA17 you release NAA, sponsors, and service providers from any and all liabilities incurred before, during, and after your participation at the convention.
